The Remix Album was rushed to market in early 1990 to make money for Arista Records. There are five remixes of songs from Girl You Know It's True, plus four new songs: Boy In The Tree, Can't You Feel My Love, Hush, and Money.

The Remix Album debuted on the Billboard Top Pop Albums chart in June 16, 1990. It would spend 20 weeks on the chart, peaking at #32, and would be certified gold.
The fascinating part of the Remix Album is that a single was released to support it, and the song itself wasn't on the album. If I hadn't been a member of a DJ record pool in early 1990 when this came out, I would never have known that this existed. This is the final 7" single released by Arista under the name "Milli Vanilli". Obviously, this did not chart.
