It's a rare treat nowadays when I discover something I hadn't already heard, so imagine my surprise when I found the album This Day And Age, which came out in 1980 and was pretty well lost to history. I liked it enough to give it its own page on the Crap From The Past website, and I will now freely spread the power pop gospel of D.L. Byron.

Overview articles and reviews

The music: his amazingly good first album, This Day And Age (1980), complete in streamable mp3 files and pictures, plus a boatload of extra tracks! (Sorry, audio files no longer available.)

Other odds and ends

We did a 90-minute with D.L. Byron on August 1, 2003, and you can hear the whole thing here.

Here's a link to D.L.'s own website - www.zenarcherrecords.com. He's a great guy - feel free to send him email; I'm sure he appreciates hearing from us fans!

The album This Day And Age was finally released on CD in late 2009. You can buy it here.
